Redkite Certificated Courses

One of the attractions of the Redkite System is that it requires very little in the way of training to operate at a basic level. Staff can readily update acquisition and maintenance of competence records, can view current competence held and quickly ascertain when training and competence needs to be renewed.

There are however many aspects to the Redkite System that many users are unaware of and it is for this reason that Redkite Systems, through its newly formed Redkite Interative Support Services will be offering a series of one to one or group training workshops over the next 12 months.

The workshops are designed to increase awareness and ability to make better use of the many features found on the suite of Redkite Systems.

Suggested topics covered will include:

The PDP and its functions

Managing NVQ Candidates on the Redkite PDS

Developing and delivering assessments through the Redkite Question Master

Using the Question Master to help monitor and record the distribution and assimilation of corporate policies and procedures

Quality Control

CAP 699 - WM and FSM standards and how to develop a MOC scheme

Redkite ISS will also be running a series of certificated courses aimed at ensuring your staff can maximise the use of Redkite Systems at appropriate levels. The courses will be certificated and accredited at the following levels;

Basic User

Assessor/ Verifier

Administrator
