The customisable Redkite e-dashboard displayed as soon as a user logs on to the system provides an overview of what training or re-assessments need to be done to ensure the individual, team and the whole organisation maintains the level of competence or proficiency required. The e-dasboard provides local and centralised information depending upon the needs of the user.
The dynamic ‘Group Overview’ shows what skills and competencies are held and what is becoming due for renewal. Dynamic links from this screen allow authorised users to drill down to view or interact with more detailed information. Renewal reports show who needs refresher training and what re- assessments need doing and when.
The Redkite Competence Mangement System contains personal portfolio for each individual holding a ‘life-long’ record of all training and assessments undertaken.
Email reminders and notifications can be sent to individuals and their line management to ensure that any follow up training or assessment is not overlooked.
