Pleased to report that Exeter International Airport and St Helena Airport have added the Redkite E-Log to their portfolio of Redkite products they already use.
Belfast International Airport have ordered an extension to their Redkite ARFFS Training and Competence Management System with integrated e-learning for airport wide use. They join a growing number of airports who have adopted the Redkite CMS and e-learning across all airport departments.
We are very pleased to report that Norwich International Airport and Jersey International Airport have purchased the Redkite e-learning module to enhance their existing Redkite ARFFS competence management system. We are sure that both these long standing customers will quickly realise the benefits of this comparatively inexpensive, flexible and user friendly product. More great news for Redkite Systems as Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service join a growing number of fire services in the UK and overseas to order the Redkite E-learning system. This powerful module can handle both SCORM and non-SCORM learning packages, delivers on-line assessments linked to a learning package and automatically updates training records in Redkite Tracker. The system can be supplied as a shell or with a selection of fire specific learning packages developed by Peter McMahon, internationally acclaimed fire training expert. The system can be customised and supplied in any language, if required.
Singapore Changi International Airport is the latest airport to go live, using the Redkite Competence Management System in Singapore. They join Selatar, Payar Labar, Sambewang. Tangah and Changi East aerodromes. Redkite Systems is also working with G3 Systems to implement the Redkite Competence Management, Redkite Asset Management and Redkite Event Log into numerous airports in Afghanstan, including Kabul and Kandahar. Plenty more airports lined up. Exciting times ahead for Redkite Systems.
Lincolnshire FRS have taken initial delivery of the integrated Redkite Asset and Stores Management System. They are the 18th Local Authority FRS in England and Wales to deploy a Redkite system.
Redkite Systems have won a contract to supply G3 Systems (an IAP Company) with the Redkite Emergency Response System (ERS) comprising of the Redkite Competence Management System with Redkite E-Learning Module and Redkite Certificate Generator and the Redkite Asset Management System. The system will be used at several major airports in Afghanistan, including Hamid Karzai International Airport, Kandahar International Airport, Mazar-i-Sharif International Airport plus four other locations.
Delighted to report that Redkite Systems have received an order to supply a trial Redkite Asset Management System to London Fire Brigade Protective Equipment Group (LFB PEG) who will use the system to manage BA sets, cylinders and hoses initially. The system, when fully implemented, will semi-automate the re-ordering of Protective Equipment to ensure stations always have adequate stocks.

Tengah Air Base, Singapore, are the fourth airfield in Singapore to go live with the Redkite Competence Management System (CMS). The Redkite CMS provides electronic, paperless competence management functions with both local and centralised reports providing Changi Airport Emergency Services with an overview of competence across their sites and has proved its value to CAG AES in a recent audit.

Hamad International Airport is one of the foremost airports in the world and a major hub airport in the Middle East and home to Qatar Airways. Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service are now demonstrating their new RFID solution which allows them to undertake a vehicle inventory saving up to 90% of the time it took using earlier methods. WFRS use several makes of RFID readers and have acquired RFID tags from several manufactures to ensure the highest level of read accuracy. They also double up with bar code labels which can be of great help when an RFID tag cannot be read or has been damaged. Their solution uses the latest Redkite EMS Mobile RFID software which batch reads RFID tags locker by locker. Readings are compared with a vehicle template which will show whether all (and the correct) assets are in place. The solution also shows any deficits or where an asset is incorrectly placed, either in the wrong position on the vehicle or on the wrong vehicle allowing authorised fir personnel to re-locate as necessary.
Exeter International Airport ARRFS have ordered the Redkite Defect module to enhance the functionality of their current Redkite Equipment Management System used to manage the tests, inspections and preventative maintenance schedules for their fire service equipment. The new Defects module will send an email to responsible personnel when a defect is reported and track the repair of the equipment through the workshop automatically delivering emails at critical trigger points RFID is in use in Mid and West Wales FRS at their HQ in Carmarthen and the service have tagged over 16000 assets ready for a service wide roll-out.

They employ approximately 500 personnel situated at various locations. With our products being very widely used in the fire sector it is always a pleasure to welcome customers from other sectors. Cornwall Newquay Airport join a growing number of airports who have purchased the Redkite E-Learning module to help deliver standardised, quality training packages to airport personnel. Learning packages can be linked to their Redkite Question Master on-line assessment module to ensure personnel have assimilated the information contained in the learning material. The results of the on-line assessment will then be recorded in Redkite Tracker which will store all answers and responses together with any marks and grade awarded. Training records will also be updated and any refresher dates automatically reset. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this fast-growing airport well into the future.
Redkite Systems welcome Gibraltar Fire Service who have ordered Redkite Tracker, Question Master, E-learning and the Redkite Asset Management System and will share systems and information with Gibraltar Airport Fire Service. Both services will receive the latest, dashboard driven, version of Redkite Tracker, each with a customised portal which will automatically give users access to all modules to which they have access rights on a single log-in. Redkite Systems goes from strength to strength and are pleased to welcome Gibraltar Airport Fire Service (ARFFS) who have purchased Redkite Tracker, Question Master and E-learning to manage and provide an acceptable method of recording the training and proficiency for their fire personnel. Gibraltar ARRFS also purchased the Redkite Asset Management System to ensure their assets are managed to the highest possible standards. In addition, they have purchased the new Redkite E-log to record incidents and other events.
Belfast International Airport (BIA) have apprentices following the Apprenticeship in Aviation Operations on the Ground within both ARRFS (fire department) and Airside Operations. They report that Redkite Tracker is ‘an excellent product for recording the training and assessment for the Apprenticeship” and that they have had good feedback from External Standards Verifiers from Pearson Edexcel on how BIA manage this scheme

The latest version of Redkite Tracker, which has just been supplied to London Heathrow Airport, Airside Operations, will be shown at the annual Redkite User Group meeting in Birmingham on December 7th and 8th 2016.
We welcome Redhill Aerodrome who have purchased the Redkite Tracker system to record training of all personnel at the aerodrome.

Bournemouth International Airport RFFS have taken delivery of the Redkite E-leaning module: East Midlands Airport FRS have also purchased the Redkite E-Learning module; both airports will be using the system to enhance their Redkite Tracker system for use in the fire service. The Redkite E-learning module integrates with Redkite Tracker to deliver e-learning packages to users. Individuals can be enrolled on to the E-learning packages to ensure that: a) all necessary learning is undertaken and; b) users are notified when any refresher training is needed. E-learning packages can be linked to on-line assessments in Redkite Question Master to ensure personnel have taken on-board the material delivered. On-line assessments are marked and the results stored in an individual’s personal portfolio. One of the advantages that being cited in using the Redkite E-learning module is that it ensures that trainers deliver authorized and approved training material.
Bristol International Airport have ordered the Redkite web based EMS accessed from the Redkite secure hosted server.
Mid & West Wales FRS have purchased the Redkite Mobile Companion with a view to deploying an RFID marking solution throughout the service. Redkite Systems is also working with Warwickshire FRS, Northamptonshire FRS and others to further develop the reading of equipment held in a locker at a single read using a hand held reader. We have already reached proof of concept with this project and WFRS are now retro-fitting RFID tags to move to the next stage of the project.

St Mary’s airport (Isles of Scilly) upgraded from a very early version of the Redkite Tracker system to the latest web based version accessed via a web browser from the Redkite secure hosted server. We wish then every success in the future.
Wiltshire FRS have also ordered the Redkite Defects Module to expand the functionality of the Redkite AMS Core Module.
The new modules will be installed on to the secure Redkite hosted server during the initial configuration and start-up phase and then moved to NFRS servers at a later stage. This approach is becoming the norm for new UK local authority customers who aim to host the system(s) on their own internal web servers. The new 'single log-in' portal will be provided to give access to all Redkite modules with a single log-in. As a further stage in the supply process the Redkite modules will integrate with NFRS HR system to avoid duplication of information / entry.
Redkite Systems welcomes Cambridge Airport who have taken delivery of Redkite Tracker, Redkite Question Master and the Redkite Computer Based Training Delivery module. They are the 61st airport to take on Redkite Systems for monitoring competence for Airport Rescue and Fire-fighting personnel.
In addition to supplying and updating existing systems; Redkite Systems are working with Farnborough Airport to develop an electronic activity log which will be used across all airport departments. This is a new system for which we have received many enquiries over the years. Read More
